BetterPrintzz is a Print-On-Demand (POD) business, creating products individually for each customer after an order is placed. It's eco-friendly, making only what you order to reduce waste.
Customer Support:
- We respond to messages and emails within 24 hours.
Processing Time:
- Orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Most are ready within 3 days, but can take up to 5 days during busy periods.
Shipping Details:
- Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number via email within 2-5 business days after ordering.
- We ship internationally. Check during checkout to confirm if we deliver to your location.
Delivery Time:
- Packages usually arrive within 5-30 days from shipment date. Check product pages or checkout for estimated delivery times.
Shipping Note:
- We can’t control shipping delays due to weather or unforeseen events. Track your order with the provided number or contact us or the shipping company.
Customs & Taxes:
- You are responsible for any customs taxes or charges. We have no control over local customs procedures or delays.
Multiple Packages:
- Large orders may arrive in separate packages a few days apart. We ship from various warehouses, so please be patient.
Out of Stock Items:
- We’ll notify you by email if any items are out of stock. If restocked within two weeks, we’ll ship them; otherwise, we’ll refund you automatically.
Address Changes:
- Email us immediately with your order number if you spot an error. We’ll try to correct it before shipping, but can't guarantee changes after dispatch.
Missing/Damaged Items:
- Contact us with your order number if something is missing or damaged. We offer refunds or replacements with free shipping for manufacturing defects, within 30 days. Provide clear photo proof of damage.
