BetterPrintzz is a POD (print-on-demand) type of business that is a custom printing process where products are created individually for each customer after an order is placed. It is all about variety and convenience! Print-on-Demand is eco-friendly because we only make what you order, reducing waste and helping the planet. It's a win-win! 😊🌍


We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.

How long is the processing period?

The processing period is the time from the moment you placed the order until a shipping label has been created to be picked up by the shipping carrier.

Order processing times are between 1-5 business days after the day you placed your order. Most packages are prepared within 2 day, but if our warehouse is exceptionally backed up processing times may go up to 5 business days following the day you placed your order.

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays - Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 1~5 business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally and to almost all countries. During the checkout process, after you add your location you'll see if we can deliver to your area.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Depending on where you live, packages are delivered within 5~30 days from the date of shipment. All orders are shipped out within 1 to 5 business days. 

Our processing and shipping times can vary, but we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. You can find estimated delivery times on the product pages or during checkout.


Once we send your item, we can't control what happens during shipping. Things like weather or unforeseen situations can affect delivery. If you want to know where your order is, check your tracking number status. If this doesn't work contact us, or the shipping company with your order number or tracking details.

If customs imposes any taxes on your item, you are responsible for covering these charges. Please note that I have no influence or control over local customs procedures or potential delays.

Will my order arrive in one package?

Depending on the size of your order, it is possible that you may receive separate packages, and these packages may arrive a few business days apart. Please keep in mind that our store carries products from different warehouses with varying locations and shipping times. We appreciate your understanding and patience in receiving your complete order.

Out of stock / Backordered items:

In the event that any of your items are out of stock, we will send you an email to let you know when we expect to have the items shipped out by. If the items are not expected to be restocked within 2 weeks, we will just automatically refund you for those items.


Because of the swift and automated processing in our POD store, orders enter our system very quickly. If you spot an error, please email us right away with your name and order number. We'll make every effort to catch your package before it ships. While we can't guarantee changes, especially after it leaves our warehouse, we'll go the extra mile to assist you!


We're sorry to hear that your shipment didn't arrive in perfect condition! For further assistance, please reach out to us with your name and order number.

In the event that a product arrives damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, we provide a refund or free replacement, which includes shipping costs, for the damaged item. Please contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery of the damaged product. You won't need to return the product to us, however clear photo proof of the damaged product will be necessary.

The photo proof will be carefully examined by our producer, who will determine whether the product suffered from authentic production or shipping damage, or if the damage was intentionally inflicted.
