POLICY RETURN DEADLINE:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

 

REFUNDS or REPLACEMENTS:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the event that a product arrives damaged or flawed due to a manufacturing error, we provide a refund or free replacement, which includes shipping costs, for the damaged item.

Please contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery of the damaged product.  You won't need to return the product to us, however clear photo proof of the damaged product will be necessary.

The photo proof will be carefully examined by our producer, who will determine whether the product suffered from authentic production or shipping damage, or if the damage was intentionally inflicted.

We make sure to answer all emails within a 24 hour timeframe.

 

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE POLICY

In the event that the shipping carrier is unable to make delivery to your specified address and cannot get in touch with you, the package will be returned to the nearest post office or depot. You will be notified to pick up the package within 2 weeks.

Please be aware that if you fail to retrieve the package within the specified time frame, it will be sent back to us. In such cases, you will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. We strongly advise you to stay in contact with the shipping carrier and ensure that you can receive your package to avoid any inconvenience.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us for assistance. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.
