We ship internationally and to almost all countries. Delivery times range from 5 to 30 days, and all orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. We use this timeframe as a precaution to ensure your order delivers in time, but in most cases orders arrive well before the maximum time frame.

If a product arrives damaged due to a manufacturing error, we provide a refund or free replacement, including shipping costs, if you contact us within 30 days of delivery (with photo proof of damage).
